The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide selection of cooked and continental options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable.
There were a few issues that took away from our overall experience. The rooms and common areas felt quite cold and could do with some sprucing up.

the property itself was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what we received. the furniture looked tired and I even found Haribos under a chair, which made me question the cleanliness. the staff were clearly overwhelmed and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone for assistance.
The breakfast was still good and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary marmalade and a decorated Christmas tree in the lounge. Cons: All good 😊.

One thing that could've made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options.
